Joanie: Well, that brings us to the end of our testimony. There will be no Alan Simpson-style grilling of the victims about their private lives. As the law now recognizes, asking a sexual abuse victim about her past behavior is as relevant as asking a robbery victim if he's a spendthrift. The issue is consent! Before we leave, we'd like to thank our hosts for making this venue available to us. They were most generous. Mike: Hey, it was our pleasure! Zonker: I dunno. I could've done without the tongue stuff.
