Mom: Kimmy, I can't get over how beautiful your wedding was. I just wish dear Aunt Aggie Poor could have seen it! Mom: Why wasn't she here, hon? Mom: She's out of the country. She always spends May trying to climb Everest. Kim: She never makes it above 21,000 feet. I have such strange relatives. Mom: So does Mikey, dear. His Uncle Henry was just indicted again. Mike: Mom! Mom: He never gets convicted, though. Henry can charm the pants off a jury!
Everest is a bit over 29,000 feet, so she’s making it almost 3/4s of the way. I suspect most of us wouldn’t get anywhere near that close.
