Bush: Correct. I'm on a streak. My good behavior stretches all the way back to 1994. Mark: And before that? George W. Bush: Well, as I've said before, when I was young and irresponsible, I was young and irresponsable. Mark: Well, that would be the time for it. George W. Bush: Exactly. But when you turn 47, it's time to grow up.
