Doonesbury by Garry Trudeau for October 21, 1998
Transcript:
Erskine: Excuse me for interrupting, sir, but your poll ratings have just hit a new high! President Clinton: hear that? Hear that, doctor? Dr. Sloap: Well, let's talk about it, Bill. You seem to be uncommonly preoccupied with gaining the world's approval. President Clinton: I do? Dr. Sloap: Maybe that's what Monica was all about - the insecure little fat boy inside you trying to overcome feelings of worthlessness. President Clinton: No way! Erskine: Excuse me, sir - your ratings are up again! President Clinton: Yes! I'm the man!
