Sid: What happened to the old Hollywood? ...The Hollywood of ten minutes ago. Peter? Sid! What's the deal with stiffing my boy on your series? Peter: Well, to begin with, he's no boy, Sid... We're producing a young show here, and we don't hire writers who are old and out of touch! Sid: Old and out of touch? Arnie's barely 30! Peter: He wrote on "Seinfeld", Sid! A show that's been dead for months! Sid: What difference does that make? He's got experience and chops! Don't those still count for something? Peter: Frankly, no... Sid: This is the worst kind of ageism! First you marginalize mature actors! Now it's the writers! This is an outrage! Peter: Uh-huh. Say, how old are you, Sid? Sid: 26. But that's completely irrelevant!
