Mark: Mr. Deputy Secretary, what is up with Bush and global warming? Why are we ignoring world opinion? Deputy Secretary: We're not! We're consulting! We're listening! George W. Bush understands listening! He's listened to lots of world leaders! I've seen him sit there for an hour, sometimes longer! He listens! He listens to those leaders! Mark: Yes, but does he hear them? Deputy Secretary: Well, no. Most of those guys have really thick accents.
