Let's be very, very clear on this point: pedophiliac abuse is both criminal and morally repugnant...and my attempts to cover it up made me an accessory to the crime, particularly egregious for a man of the cloth...especially when it involved paying off victims with money donated in good faith by unwitting parishioners.
