Mike: Oh, great...more mayhem. This is unacceptable. Hi, folks. It is with great regret that I break character to bring you some tough news. As you know, this fine topical feature has never shied from placing major characters in harm's way. After all, jeopardy is part of the human condition. However, there are limits, and we feel we've reached them in the killing fields of Iraq. In light of the continuing chaos and brutality in that benighted land, we have decided to gradually withdraw our remaining characters...to the relative safety of our Paris bureau, where they will be reassigned to existing or new storylines. Honey: Bad news, sir. A twist of fate is taking me to Paris. Duke: C'est la vie.
