Dypak: Maybe I’m reading more into it than you meant, but I take issue with the implication in your comment “It always makes me wonder why folks consider [Trudeau] such an ultra-liberal. He takes the time to know what is going on in the military and bothers to get it right. No one hates war more than a soldier.” As a “liberal” with a year in Vietnam behind me, I’d like to think that could apply to me. It’s the chicken-hawks like Bush, Cheney, and Clinton who misuse the military, whether liberal or conservative.
