You probably won’t get any money if there is a movie. They can base the movie on the court case, which is public record.

But if they change the grade, the young man’s future isn’t ruined, so he shouldn’t need to get the money. If they have to pay anyway, at least they should get to have the satisfaction of sticking him with that “terrible grade”.

Why? Too true to be funny?

Why aren’t the daily strips current? The show Trudeau was writing for isn’t with us anymore, right?

Why is he changing the grade? That wasn’t part of the judgement.

Oberlin College should do the movie. But I doubt they will recover the $44 Million decision against them.

Unfortunately many of our universities have become nothing more that money making stores.

Most of the time I only read the new strips on Sunday, because any strip that was current event related is by now quite dated.

It’s $5 million before the court overturns or adjusts down to a reasonable amount. Even if they’re actually stuck with that, they can pay out a fraction per year over decades.

And, of course, they could always Decertify the Frat and keep “Losing” the Frat Boy’s Tuition check.

Not to mention that all the Classes he wants to take are Full when he tries to register.
