Lessee—the team will 86 Nike, which will pull out of its sponsorship, BD will lose his coaching job, and he and Boopsie will return home to find Sid partying up a storm, stoned out of his gourd!!

And Sam?? She ran away from that madhouse days ago!!

    Does that sound right??

Excellent, I guess that means the leftists here will help boycott Nike based on their massive footprint in Commie China!? I have been systematically removing any Nike stuff from my possession’s whenever I run across any stragglers I missed. I will shop out of my way to avoid Nike. They support slavery in china and are a woke corporate fascist entity in America.

I remember going out and picking strawberries as a kid over the summer back in the 70s, I was definitely younger than 14 when I did. My brothers and sister would also pick green beans. It was a good way to earn money. I also had a newspaper delivery route.

The main law regulating child labor in the United States is the Fair Labor Standards Act. For non-agricultural jobs, children under 14 may not be employed, children between 14 and 16 may be employed in allowed occupations during limited hours, and children between 16 and 17 may be employed for unlimited hours in non-hazardous occupations.2 A number of exceptions to these rules exist, such as for employment by parents, newspaper delivery, and child actors.2 The regulations for agricultural employment are generally less strict. wikipedia

Americans want high quality goods at bargain prices. They want “Made in America” labels but don’t support wages that allow a worker to live comfortably above the poverty line.

Nike shoes don’t fit my feet. I’ve tried on many styles. I refuse to wear clothing with prominent logos. On the tag inside that has the size is OK but otherwise I want to be paid.

Reminds me of the Clinton answer (which is probably what they are playing on). His “Gennifer Flowers is lying” answer in the campaign wasn’t about whether they had sex (which is what the media assumed) but the number of times she said they had sex (If i remember correctly, she said they had sex 13 times and he said it was only 12 so the 13 number was the lie).

My boots and sneakers come from the thrift store. They ought to last as long as a worker’s tenure at the factory.
