Ralph says, "Honeybunch, times are tough, so I've decided to take a second job!" June says, "Doing what?" Ralph says, "Working at the retirement village as an access granter!" June says, "Access granter??" Ralph says, "I'll be stationed at the main gate, and it will be my job to decide who gets to come in!" June says, "In other words, you're a security guard?" Ralph says, "Access granter sounds cooler."
