Steinbauer says, "I have a confession? Ralph don't fill out the fake ballots. I did!" Ralph says, "I knew you'd win the election! The only chance I had was to make it look like you cheated!" Steinbauer says, "I'm the one who wrote all those phony names on the absentee ballots!" Steinbauer says, "Here's your sword back!" Ralph says, "You mean Conan O'Brien didn't realy vote for me??"
