I’ve never seen a cat give away a dog’s hidey hole. It’s more likely to happen the other way around.

Oogie ought to remember that what goes around comes around. Her turn at the vet will come and Wally will rat her out.

We tried to adopt a kitten and had a dog. We were always getting after the dog to leave the cat alone. Until one day we saw the cat swatting the dog. The cat was gone the next day.

So the cat was simply reacting to being hassled and you took it to the shelter? Wow. That’s terrible.

byamrcn: Basically it is that canines (including hyenas) are social, pack animals which run down their food, while cats are solitary, ambushing their food. Lions are an exception.

Thank you, I know the facts about canines and felines. That’s not the point. Dumping a pet for such a silly reason, THAT’S the point. Totally heartless.
