Ralph: I'm regaining consciousness. My surgery must be over! I'm going to try to open my eyes now... June: Look who I just met, Ralph! Ralph: I think I'll close them again!
A couple years ago I was having a lung biopsy surgery. The doc told me that he’d go in thorascopically and remove a small piece of lung for biopsy. If clean I’d be awake in about 90 minutes. If cancerous he’d do a lobectomy which would take 5-6 hours.When I woke up the first thing I did was look for the clock in the room. When I saw that only two hours had passed I relaxed and went back to sleep.
