I remember when I was a kid, the Rose Bowl followed by the Orange Bowl were broadcast on New Year’s Day (on NBC-TV).

Only in a comic strip! No human could ever eat this much food in a week! Probably couldn’t afford to eat that much at every meal. Not to mention all those snacks!
