June: I noticed on my "tracker" app that you drove to a donut shop in another town this morning! And you've gone there four days in a row! Ralph: I like them the best. I go to great lengths to ensure I have only the finest donuts! June: You might go to great widths, too! Ralph: Wait, did she say "tracker" app??
If he’s like my husband, it won’t matter if she knows what he’s eating, he’ll do it anyway. I’ve tried to tell my husband (after I lost 70 pounds) to just indulge his daily cravings once a week, instead of everyday. Doesn’t seem to stop him, I have no idea how to motivate him to work on losing weight.
