Ralph: You dumb dog! Why do you chase your tail? Don't you realize that you're never going to get anywhere? Some things I'll never understand! Why are you staring at me?
Do you ever eat leftovers only because you don’t want to waste it? If you later have to lose the extra weight by walking in circles or picking up weights only to put them back in the same place, then you have only wasted it in a much harder fashion.
