I live in a community of condominiums and townhouses and I seriously doubt there are any kids. Nevertheless, there is an ice cream truck that drives in and out of the neighborhood every day playing that now annoying song from “The Pirates of Penzance”. What is the driver thinking? The chances of anyone “running” after the truck and catching him are almost nil.
