Where did you go that your balloons cost so much?
Places are selling balloons on sticks, because of the rising price of helium. Just as expensive, but they don’t float away.
Ralph: I would like to get a free balloon.
Clerk: Certainly, do you have a receipt?
Ralph: No.
Clerk: Then I can’t give you a free balloon.
Ralph should just save time and hassle, buy half a dozen more, (They felt really bad and gave me six) maybe some flowers for his wife too while he’s at it. (Why should Penny have all the fun?)
I always feel like a loser when I have to return something.
Sure, why should she get embarrassed when you can do it for her.
You can have new ones for a small deposit, then, one large balloon payment.
People can only take advantage of you if you let them. She’d have done it herself, or it wouldn’t get refunded.
