YES!!!! I don’t know how many times I have been quietly walking a back trail and had some idiot come by yapping loudly on their phone or not even looking at the beauty around them.

Want to make sure you looking out for bears, but you go ahead and stare at your phone.

We, played. I would like no WiFi zones.

I do not even expect cell service in a US National Park. I download my trail maps onto my phone ahead of time and have paper maps as a backup. I like my phone for trails because GPS works with or without cell service. That way I get a handy-dandy You Are Here dot anywhere.
