I get it. You can own a parrot but not fowl in his neighborhood.

I couldn’t deal with living in a place run by a “homeowners’ association”, dealing with their rules and covenants.

All hail the flag of Bob!

But Bob comes from a long line of greatness, Donald, Daffy, Disco, Howard, Dogers, Darkwing, Plucky….

Although it was initially established years ago that Bob was not a parrot, the fact had been generally forgotten and he had been accepted as such. A long running illusion has been shattered.

This story arc is fowled up…ba da bump bump…

Yeah, Steinbauer seems the HOA Pres type – an insufferable busy body that needs to meet a bus in the middle of a busy road.

Norm gets it? I Ain’t believin’ that.

Passing a duck off as a parrot is just plain quackery.

Drabble without Bob would be like pizza without anchovies. To say that Bob is a duck is blasphemy. Oh ye of little faith! Bob works in strange and mysterious ways — his wonderous powers to behold. Bob may LOOK like a duck; but that is just a disguise that allows Bob to reach the commonality. Bob is a prince among the parrot pantheon. All hail to Bob!!

When I was in college, someone down the hall in my dorm had a pet duck.
