I remember a time when I was about 6 or 7, my mom was in the hospital long term and dad working and then going straight to the hospital had placed me with my mom’s sister and my two older female cousins. To occupy me I was given a small bottle of Elmer’s glue, a bag of candy corn and a toilet paper roll and given the instruction to ‘put the corn back on the cob’.

I doubt Norm gets any candy corn with Ralph living in the same house. So to answer your thoughts Echo, his dad is the one eating too much candy corn.
