Boy: When the teacher asks a question, the key to not getting called on is how high you raise your hand. Boy: Too high and you can call unwanted attention to yourself. Boy: Too low can have the same effect. Boy: I've found that the trick is to position your hand precisely in the middle and a bit to the right. Boy: An inch off in any direction can spell disaster. Boy: You can learn alot in school if you just pay attention.
Looks like Chris is a new permanent character. Unless he get the boot at some point. Personally, I find him funny.
