Come on, Eno, isn’t it obvious? They use child labor in a Chinese sweatshop (they need kids, ‘cuz their fingers are smaller). The kids cut open the M&Ms with obsidian scalpels (sharper than steel scalpels) and carve out a peanut-shaped hole in the middle. Then they sew them back together using sutures that are made out of the same candy as the shell. The M&Ms are then placed into a Leggs canister and put into a hen’s nest for the bird to “incubate” the egg, therefore providing the perfect temperature for the chocolate and candy to fuse back together. Duh!
