Sounds like Yahoo and Windows. About the time you get it figured out get it they mess it up by “improving it”. What they should say is “New and harder to use.”
I just got a package of an analgesic cream which now states proudly on the label “NEW LOOK”. The last thing I care about in a pain-relieving product is how the package looks.
Now, if it said, “New formula makes you feel ten years younger”. THAT, I would care about.

I don’t trust new and improved. It usually means less quantity and lower quality ingredients.
