Again, in the agent’s defense, he’s asking all this again because in the world of technology, you can’t necessarily trust people to have actually done it in the way you needed them to before, or that the solution to their problem is actually stupidly easy, the customer is just too ignorant (and often won’t admit it) to realize it. So it often doesn’t hurt to go through the basics regardless.
But that said, I can understand how frustrating that makes it seem for the few people who DO know enough to have already tried the basics themselves to begin with.
Personally, I’m betting the problem actually IS with Len’s side of the matter, and Len just hasn’t realized it yet.
