Most online tech support treats women as idiots. They do not think we have a brain. I could teach most of them things they never thought possible. I learned the hard way. By making mistakes, I learned what would NOT work and eliminated that option. Unfortunately I have become the “go to” person. “Dawn, my computer just crashed! What do I do?”.
