you’d be amazed at how many people let their cats outside that are declawed. there a colony of 8 feral cats that live around me because their owners thought they would be better off outside, fending for themselves for food and shelter. through a program here i was able to trap them and get them spayed / neutered. they are living out their lives in peace and harmony, with food and shelter, something their owners should have been doing for them.

Cats ought to be kept indoors. Cats kept indoors often live more than twice as long as cats who go outside.

Hmm. Is he neutered? Shouldn’t be getting in a lot of fights if he isn’t. (mine just runs away).
