Many, many years ago when I took my daughter to Disney World in Florida, we were walking along and noticed that around 3:00 p.m. all the stalls were putting out rain ponchos for sale. It immediately started to rain! So we went over and bought a couple. Hey they were cheap and they the logo, so whatever. The lady there told us it always rains at 3:00. I had no reason to doubt her. Who knew that Disney could control the weather?!?
