Boeing Airlines. they did not follow the rubric and are now having a load of issues. I think we can all name jobs where “following the rubric” is the most important part of the job.

Well, that is the definition of “rubric”. She didn’t care about “creative” or even factual, just a lesson in following directions, I guess.
