Hope we don’t get like L’il Abner rerunning just a few strips. By the way, I had mentioned that there was an episode fairly recently on Mister Ed on AntennaTV based on this strip. Well just yesterday in an episode that predated that other one by a few years Emmy turned up again. In this episode Mister Ed, with glasses on, is shown reading the Sunday funnies that have been put on a music stand. As we hear him chortling at some strip one can see on the other side an extended Sunday Emmy Lou strip if one looks closely. Not a very clear picture, so who knows maybe it was this one.
