Sweet Emmy Lou, comparing yourself in any way to Kim Novak gives me “Vertigo” and that’s no “Picnic.”
BTW Kim Novak is still alive (b. 1933). As a very young man, my father-in-law really liked her. He’s now 82. He teases my mother-in-law that if she doesn’t treat him right he still might leave her for Kim Novak. She in turn threatens to throw a “Bell, Book and Candle” at him!
