Here’s a poser: Id the phase of a different dimension is very close to your own, would you be able to see it even if you can’t touch it? BTW, if that question is true, why are the bugs able to climb on the recorder? Would that device be from a different, but closer dimension than the bugs and both Wally and the bugs can touch/handle it?
FYI: Doppler radar works using frequency phase shifting technology. I worked on aircraft Doppler navigation systems for a number of years so I can see how parallel universes shifted by phase could exist, not that they really do, but I could understand it if they did.
