Talking to yourself is OK, answering is even OK. But if you say “Huh?” the boys in white are gonna come looking for you.

I once encountered a woman who had 8 phones in her purse. I figured some were inactive, but she said that they were all active. I decided not to ask why she needed 8 active phones in her purse at all times. I discovered them when one rang and she couldn’t figure out which one was going off. She pulled them out one by one trying to figure it out. They all looked like cheap phones too.

I once saw some fanatic Ham at a Hamfest once who had a bunch of hand-held walkie-talkies all over himself with antennas clipped to his hat… Each radio & antenna for a different band. Some people are just too much.

Do these people with 8 phones think they’re that important?

I talk to myself all the time. But if anyone catches me doing it into a phone (and holding a second one so I can hear what I have to say), please get me some help.
