We used to slide down on wax paper to make the slide slipperier. Worked.

I love it when I see a totally new joke.

We had intended for things to go downhill, but we had not considered that it might proceed at such a pace as to have an immediate impact for which we might be held responsible, or in the results of which we might become stuck.

Ha ha!!!! – I have that 45, too, from the Trashmen! it’s b/w "King Of The Surf’…. – Originally, I was thinking of “Grease” by Frankie Valli, but this is the icing on the cake!

I think of how they now use plastic for slides, and way before, we all seemed to get along just fine with our metal ones! – The one thing, though… a hot day + a metal slide + grease + kids =……..

Kid, just be glad they didn’t replace the sand with quicksand.

They are made not to be too slippery otherwise would be too dangerous.

So a kid with half a body? How’d he get up the slide?!
