Its a scientific theory so we need to be able to duplicate it and recreate said steps to get the same result over and over…maybe I’ll add some radiation or something to speed up the process…if something goes wrong maybe a radioactive spider or something will bite me. :)

Darwin discussed the slowness of evolution with the rapid change in human intervention in that pigeon breeders (he could have used dogs or cats) have bred to such extremes of shapes that if one did not know of their common origin, they would have assumed them to be separate species.
