When did the company take some of Mark’s DNA in the first place?

Instead of me trying to get my information into his cloned head, how’s about we stick him in the freezer and if “just in case” happens we harvest his organs to keep me going?

There is talk about companies requiring a DNA sample as a condition for employment. Supposedly it is to detect any potential illness which would run up the company insurance costs, but that might just be a cover story for future cloning. Of course, in the real world, even if cloning were perfected for humans, the legal questions resolved, etc., it is still going to take years to grow a new employee, and even that is ignoring the effect of environmental differences between the two. On the other hand, real world facts are regularly ignored these days.
