We had second thanksgiving last night. I had a turkey breast we ended up not cooking on real thanksgiving, so we had that and stuffing. Only thing missing was pie.
As a young single man living alone, I would make only one item for each meal and then balance the diet with other things on following days. Saved a lot of clean up and dishwashing work!
