Elly: I look more like my mother now than ever, Moira. My face, my hands...even my hair is going grey the way my mom's did!! And, my beautiful teenaged daughter's no help! - Yesterday, I caught her referring to me as "the old lady"! Oh well. At least there's one consolation. Moira: What's that? Elly: Someday, she'll see herself in the mirror, and discover that she's starting to look just like me!
I’m near 60, and I even miss the 50 year old me. But, as my mom always said about birthdays..“It beats the alternative”.
