Connie: So Elizabeth is 15, going on 20, is she? Elly: She looks so different, Connie - so grown up! Connie: Well, life goes on, El. Just because our kids are getting older doesn't mean that we have to slow down! Our generation has the freedom to grow emotionally, expand our knowledge, travel, exercise...the opportunities for people like us are endless! Elly: Yeah... Especially the "grow" and "expand" part.
I can only imagine the pressures of a daily strip, but some of these gags get repeated.
