Lucille: I've missed you, Jo... It's so good to see you. Weed: I missed you too, Lucille! I've brought a friend home, is that OK? Lucille: I'll make a room up right away. Your mother knows you were coming. She left a note in the kitchen. Weed: That's nice. They've gone out and won't be back 'til tomorrow. Michael: We're leaving tomorrow! Weed: Yeah... But I like the part that says "make yourself at home."
I knew a girl who had parents like this. She ran away from home at 16 and they never even looked for her. :(
