Woman: I noticed you were a little sad today, April. April: My bunny died, Mrs. Lowe. Woman: Oh. I'm so sorry. April: Mom wrapped him in a blue silk scarf and put him in a pretty box. He looked like he was sleeping. I'm going to miss him. Woman: He'd be glad to know that. It means you really cared. April: I can't stop crying! I look in his cage and it's just like he... evaporated! Woman: Know what? Eventually... tears evaporate, too.
After reading this I can’t stop thinking about the dog I lost.
