Woman: Hi, Dr. P! You look happy this morning. John: My daughter-in-law just got a job in the pharmacy downstairs. I told her about a girl who was taking a maternity leave. Woman: Wasn't Deanna's last job a maternity leave? John: Uh huh... and, then she went on maternity leave herself! Seems like everyone I know has a revolving staff of people either going or coming back from maternity leave! Woman: I guess you could call it "musical heirs."
Now, it’s both parents taking “Parental Leave”, and instead of 6 weeks or so, it’s 4 months in some companies!
