Woman: You seem depressed, El. Elly: I'm just worried about my Dad. He seems so forgetful these days. He got out of bed the other night and thought he was in his old house. He walked into a wall and broke his nose. He has 2 black eyes! He put his back out again, but refuses to use the walker we gave him. He's too proud. Keeps talking about how he used to bicycle everywhere... how fast he could run... I'm not looking forward to old age, Annie. Woman: Neither am I. I'm afraid that when I get there... I'll just keep looking back.
I don’t understand this, lots of people both young and old are confused when they get up after sleeping. You are not necessarily fully aware at that point.
