Man: I've had an appraisal done on this place, John... looks like it's worth quite a sum... with the property and all do you think you'd be interested? John: Ummm... when can we come and look it over? Man: Anytime, now. I've cleaned 'er up some. She's in pretty good shape. I hate to sell, but I can't live here alone. Nope. Can't do it. My boys tell me to remarry... but when Lois died, I decided that from then on... I'd go it alone. John: I think... if Elly died... I'd do the same thing. Man: Yep. Once is enough.
