Meredith: He smells funny. Meredith: Are we there yet? Deanna: Yes, we're here! Let's be quiet, now. We don't want to upset her. You got quite a Mother's Day gift, Kai! Meredith: Stop it! Wow. Six babies! Too bad you only got two!
