John: *sniff* ... What's that smell? April: Mothballs. The roof repair guys put them in the attic to get rid of the squirrels. John: Squirrels? April: Yeah... an' the sump pump is borked. So Mom went to get a new one. Did you notice the squeek in the hallway? There are carpenter ants in the porch supports. An' it looks like the fridge compressor is going. John: What? Stibbs said that fridge was new! April: New house... new hassles.
