Connie: How's your dad, Elly? Elly: He's sitting up and he's able to eat... but he hasn't said anything yet. I don't know how long he'll be in the hospital, Connie. We might have to transfer him to a long-term care facility. Connie: Aren't there long waiting lists? Elly: Yes, but Iris put their names in at Sunset Manor 2 years ago. They say there should be a vacancy soon. Connie: People don't move out of those places, El. Elly: I know. They move up.
