She says she put a pile of clean laundry in Michael’s room and yet when they go to Michael’s room she can’t tell which clothes are the clean ones. Something is fishy about that story. Is there a difference between clean laundry and clean clothes? To me they are the same thing.

While not obvious to the adult eye, there is a method!

I mostly kept things clean as per my mom’s orders, and wanting to help her.

My mom once tried to win the Battle of the Room with my brother by taking everything – toys, clothes, books, assorted junk etc. – and piling it all on his bed. She figured he’d have to put some of it away, in order to sleep.

WRONG ! He simply crawled up and slept on top of the mound !
